Within 5 years every employee aged between 22 and state pension age earning at least £8,105 will have been automatically enrolled into their employer’s workplace  pension scheme.
That means if you are a business owner and have any employee falling into this category, you will need a workplace pension scheme and will need to auto enrol your employees into it, as well as start paying contributions to their pension.
