Dave:
Hi, I’m Dave, and this is my wife, Judith. I’ve been with Proposito for several years now, since Judith and I got together. The Proposito director Huw used to come around and advise my wife on financial matters, so I thought it was best that we use the same financial planner and join Proposito together.

Judith:
Initially, I was in touch with Proposito because I had sold a business, which meant that I had a big lump of capital to invest and needed some serious professional advice on what was best to do.

Dave:
Before I joined Proposito, my investments were being looked at very much at arm’s length. I had very little contact with people who were dealing with them, but had various pension contributions going in and various schemes set up. None of it seemed to make sense from an overall perspective, and so I realised that I needed to bring them together.

Judith:
I sort of inherited the connection, having been with Huw’s father for quite a few years. Then they evolved into being Proposito, so I evolved with them, I suppose.

Dave:
Most recently Proposito have been looking at our investments for us and planning for the future. We have a rental business together, which we will get out of at some point, and there will be investments to make. Huw is very good at giving us projected performance, looking into how long we can afford to live the life we do with our investments as they are.

Judith:
The advice I get from Proposito makes me feel that I don’t need to worry about my future. Even going into old age, the advice they give me feels safe, secure, and sensible.

Dave:
Dealing with Proposito makes me feel that I’ve done the best I can to look after my investments, that there’s somebody looking after my financial future and doing the best they can for us. They’re accessible, so we can talk to them and look at alternatives, which really gives me confidence in them.

Judith:
I think the best thing about working with Proposito is their accessibility. I have to say I can pick up the phone and speak to members of staff in the office at any time and query things. They will look into something for me and get back to me as soon as they can.

Dave:
My three words to describe dealing with Proposito include making me feel confident, and being accessible and helpful.

Judith:
The best piece of advice that I’ve been given by Proposito would be not to put all my financial eggs in one basket.

Dave:
I’d be quite happy recommending Proposito to anybody. The service they’ve given my wife and myself through the years has been reliable.
