As 2020 draws to a close, we’ve been thinking long and hard about our charitable donation for the year. For those of you who don’t know, instead of sending Christmas cards each year, we opt to make a charitable donation to a worthy cause. This year, there has been a vast amount of charitable activities taking place across the UK with lots of money being raised for our National Health Services. With that being said, we have decided to keep it local and donate to The Churn Project based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Belonging, purpose and hope are at the heart of all that The Churn Project offers people who come through it’s door. They help to find practical solutions to life’s issues alongside the vulnerable and marginalised people across the Cirencester community who seek support. They work with those who are lonely, at a point of transition or crisis in their lives, or experiencing mental health issues. They support people through difficult times. People who have been supported by The Churn Project say that their wellbeing is improved and it makes them feel less isolated. We are delighted to support this great cause and our donation will help them to continue with the wonderful work they are doing within our local community.
