Client Centre helping to beat the stamp price increase

By Proposito Team

With the cost of stamps set to increase on 30th April, demand has risen strongly across the UK and the Royal Mail is now rationing retailers until the increase.

A spokesman for Google, the internet search engine, said that online searches for the term  ‘cheap stamps’ have risen by 5,000 per cent since early March. The term is usually entered into Google  around 1,900 times a month, but this has increased to 9.5 million since March 1st.

With first and second class stamps due to rise a whopping 14p, there is an obvious impact on consumers who are going to see a significant increase in costs and some are therefore seeking alternatives. Many will turn more to technology with people choosing to use email and online messaging to communicate.

We as a business need to ensure that all communication with our clients is time efficient, secure, and cost effective for our clients and the business.

We are therefore introducing Client Centre which has a host of benefits  but also provides the ability to upload documents and letters to clients in a secure way.  It works both ways and clients can also upload documents and letters for us to view and download.  This document transfer feature is instantaneous, which means that you don’t need to wait 1-3 days to receive documents and you do not need to rely on the postman.

Another great benefit of this, is the reduction in paperwork that you have to store or find time to shred, as all documents can be stored on your computer.

We will be rolling this great new tool out to clients over the coming months but if you would like further information on the Client Centre please email clientcentre@proposito.co.uk.
