Job Vacancy: Financial Services Administrator
We have a job vacancy for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to work in our Cirencester Office. This role is full time however we will consider a part-time role for an exceptional candidate.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasker who will thrive as part of a small team and relish the opportunity to help shape the future of a dynamic Chartered Financial Planning firm. The ability to listen to Radio 2 and drink fruit tea is desirable but not essential.
You will be the first point of contact to clients on the telephone, email and post, and should be proactive in assisting them when you can. In addition to the normal administrator duties the role also involves updating client information on our CRM, using our main investment platform and our My LifePath system. We would look to utilise your experience to benefit the firm, especially if this includes marketing or office management. You will also get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of other projects.
In addition to a full-time salary of £18,000 – £25,000 (depending on skills and experience) we have a tidy package. Other benefits include: pension, private medical insurance, generous holiday allowance, free parking, training and development allowance and an annual bonus.
