Proposito Operations Update
It was announced in December that we would be entering our third full national lockdown and that ‘businesses should continue to work from home if they can’. We have demonstrated that this is viable option for us as we adapted fairly quickly to these changes when it all began in March 2020.
For the safety of one another, we are continuing to work from home but we are making weekly visits to the office to check for and send any post… the change of scenery is very welcome!
We have decided that if one of us would like to go and work at the office, and no one else is going to the office, then this would be safe to do. This isn’t as frequent due to the government guidelines but we are attending at least twice a week.
We have installed sanitiser pumps on each floor of the office and have sanitising sprays to hand for any areas that are touched by any one of us. This seems to be working well for us as it enables us to follow safe hygiene measures whilst also allowing us to maintain a high level of service to you as our client.
Phones
The phone lines are still operating as normal and are being diverted to our work mobiles.
Just as a gentle reminder, our phone lines are open from 9AM – 4PM. If you call before 9AM or after 4PM, then please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Meetings
Just to reiterate that we will not be hosting any face-to-face meetings for the foreseeable future. We hope that you understand our reasoning behind this. We will continue to monitor this and will provide further updates as they become available.
We are however still hosting any meetings via Zoom (video call) and telephone call, both of which have worked successfully. If you want to give Zoom a try (using your iPad or computer) then let us know. We’ll arrange a call to get you all set up and make sure everything’s working before the actual meeting. We’ve helped several clients to have their first Zoom calls with us!
We hope that this update has helped to summarise our plans for the next couple of months. Our aim is to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible service to you and to alleviate any concerns you may have.
Stay safe and if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
