In previous communications to you, we promised to provide regular updates on how we will be operating during this time. Although the restrictions are slowly easing off, we still need to be careful about how we are conducting ourselves as a business. For the safety of one another, we are continuing to work from home but both Jade and Huw are visiting the office on alternate days. This means that there is someone in the office now on each day of the week. As explained previously, we have installed sanitiser pumps on each floor of the office and have sanitising sprays to hand for any areas that are touched by any one of us. This seems to be working well for us as it enables us to follow safe hygiene measures whilst also allowing us to maintain a high level of service to you as our client. Phones The phone lines are still operating as normal and are being diverted to our work mobiles. Just as a gentle reminder, our phone lines are open from 9AM – 4PM. If you call before 9AM or after 4PM, then please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Meetings Just to reiterate that we will not be hosting any face-to-face meetings for the foreseeable future. We hope that you understand our reasoning behind this. We will continue to monitor this and will provide further updates as they become available. We are however still hosting any meetings via Zoom (video call) and telephone call, both of which have worked successfully. If you haven’t yet and would like to give Zoom a try (using your iPad or computer) then let us know. We’ll arrange a call to get you all set up and make sure everything’s working before the actual meeting. We’ve helped several clients to have their first Zoom calls with us! We hope that this update has helped to summarise our plans for the next couple of months. Our aim is to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible service to you and to alleviate any concerns you may have.
