Office It was announced on 23 September 2020 that ‘businesses should continue to work from home if they can’. We have demonstrated that this is viable option for us as we adapted fairly quickly to these changes when it all began earlier this year. For the safety of one another, we are continuing to work from home but we are making far more frequent visits to the office to check for and send any post… and to also have a change of scenery (we all need it as I’m sure you can imagine)! We have decided that if one of us would like to go and work at the office, and no one else is going to the office, then this would be safe to do. We have installed sanitiser pumps on each floor of the office and have sanitising sprays to hand for any areas that are touched by any one of us. This seems to be working well for us as it enables us to follow safe hygiene measures whilst also allowing us to maintain a high level of service to you as our client. Phones The phone lines are still operating as normal and are being diverted to our work mobiles. Just as a gentle reminder, our phone lines are open from 9AM – 4PM. If you call before 9AM or after 4PM, then please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Meetings Just to reiterate that we will not be hosting any face-to-face meetings for the foreseeable future. We hope that you understand our reasoning behind this. We will look to review this in the New Year and provide further updates then. We are however still hosting any meetings via Zoom (video call) and telephone call, both of which have worked successfully. We hope that this update has helped to summarise our plans for the next couple of months. Our aim is to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible service to you and to alleviate any concerns you may have. Stay safe and if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
