After 36 years in financial services Richard has retired! During his time he’s had his fair share of white knuckle rides: Black Monday, Black Wednesday, the Dot Com Bubble  and the Credit Crunch to name a few. It was fitting his final day was another adrenalin fuelled rollercoaster as we went Go Karting before our Christmas lunch!

Richard used his experience and expertise to work with his clients through the highs and lows of life. He used his listening skills and compassion to help them with their biggest financial decisions. Many of these relationships have developed in to genuine friendships.

Richard has also helped create a fantastic business (not easy in the ever changing regulatory landscape of financial services) and built a great team at Proposito to continue his good work.

It’s now time for him to put his feet up and reflect on nearly four decades of helping people make better decisions about their money. Gardening and choir will be getting a lot more attention in 2016 and beyond –  and perhaps even the pub, too!
