TelephoneOver the past few months we have noticed an increase in the number of occasions where the office has been unmanned. At times this is unavoidable, for example between 10.00am and 11.30am on a Monday when we have our weekly team meeting. To ensure that we never miss a call we have implemented an external call handling service.

You shouldn’t notice any difference. If we can answer the phone we will. If not, you’ll automatically be put through to someone who will answer on our behalf. They’ll take your details and email us your message. We will get back to you as soon as we can. They work out of hours too so that if you phone when we’ve gone home (e.g. evenings, weekends, bank holidays, etc.) we’ll still get your message.

We’ve had a few clients surprised that there’s a “new voice in the office”. There’s still the same team in place in the office but when we’re super busy or on the phone or not at our full compliment we can’t always answer the phone. We wanted to explain the new service so that it doesn’t come as a surprise. We think the new service is excellent and it means you’ll always get through. We’re delighted with the initial feedback – but if you have anything to add we’d be really interested to hear from you.
