Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a brilliant Financial Services Administrator to join our Cirencester Office. This is a full-time office-based role for someone with experience within the financial services profession. The successful applicant will be an adaptable, creative, self-organising problem-solver who thrives on responsibility and working as part of a small team. They will be given the opportunity to help shape the future of a dynamic Chartered Financial Planning firm. A love of coffee and cake is not a pre-requisite but may prove useful. As the first point of contact for clients you will have excellent communication skills and employ a pro-active approach to assisting them whenever you can. In addition to the typical administrator duties, the role also involves updating client information on our CRM, using our investment platforms and general office administration. We would look to utilise your experience to benefit the firm, especially if this includes marketing or practice management. You will also get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of other projects. In addition to a full-time salary of £18,000 – £22,000 (depending on skills and experience) we have a good benefits package that includes pension, PMI, generous holiday allowance, free parking and a comprehensive training and development programme.
